Some major tweaks!

- colour correction on "WELCOME TO SHAH ALAM" signboard
- center aligned text on back-most part of pamphlet
- refined and added to rules, points, and penalties section
- moved how to play section to the left side of the pamphlet so that when you open the game for the first time, you see the score sheet and how to play side-by-side
- updated demo copy to include also a colour version and added watermark (sorry!)
